Speaking as an employee of an internet company, I can say that there is no
possible way that CLUG could make a go of it in the ISP game. There's
simply too much competition for too small a market in the dialup game and
the high speed game has a very high break even mark and a high entry cost.
And this is after a significant whittling down of the number of ISP types
in Calgary.
