You might try googling for "+virus +hoax", or telling them to.  Once
they see how silly it makes them look, they'll think twice about
bothering you about it.

BTW, I don't mean this in an arrogant way.  You're not telling them
they are silly, just that a silly little virus/worm is making them
look silly.  Until they realize that, there's little hope of a cure
(short of re-booting with a Linux install CD).

And finally, I hope your anti-virus software isn't adding to the
problem by mailing malware receipt notifications to senders.  The
worms are forging sender addresses.

Me, I use procmail and drop anthing that even vaguely looks _virus
related_ in the bit bucket.  I run Linux, so I don't have to care.
