Shawn I'm not sure about that, I didn't sign the contract, thats the other thing you have to sign on for at least a year, shaw may be the same way I'm not sure but I have their residential service and you can drop them like second period french if you don't want it :). You'd have to phone them, also their service is flakey sometimes, and you get an email saying, we are having this problem, we don't know when it will be fixed. The guys that work there are pretty nice though I've never had a problem with their support. Its more my boss wanting to look into alternatives that may save money not me wanting to switch.
