I mentioned at the meeting I would post the link to the boot disk tool that allows you to start your computer from any (I think) device.

The next link is to the download page for the Smart Boot Manager. http://btmgr.sourceforge.net/index.php3?body=download.html I just did a quick look through the site, and it doesn't appear this tool supports booting from a USB device. Still a useful tool though when you're dealing with older hardware that has problems booting from CD.
