-d drv set the drive that you want to install Smart BootManager on;
for Linux:
/dev/fd0 is the first floppy driver,
/dev/hda is the first IDE harddisk driver.
/dev/sda is the first SCSI harddisk driver.
I haven't looked at it in depth yet, but many USB storage devices (USB keys,
etc.) are detected as /dev/sda* so it may yet work for a USB device. If I
get time, I'll test it out.
