When compiling Gentoo with a 2.6 kernel if your ALSA USE flag is set it attempts to compile the packages but fails saying it cant locate the kernel sources. My /usr/src/linux link points to the correct place. I injected it [emerge -i] seeing as the kernel has ALSA built in but I think that might cause issues later. Has anyone had luck with Gentoo and 2.6? Any other gotchas anyone knows of so I can avoid them?
