Thanks for the post Jason - yep, we should probably be complaining to the government about the taxes as well.
I just have one concern about the "numerous commissions and research studies" looking into price fixing... If we do not trust Microsoft to fund a report on the cost of ownership of Windows vs Linux, why do we trust the commissions and researchers assigned to investigate price fixing? Aren't they government flunkies, or others with a vested interest in the oil industry? If they took someone off the streets, in an unrelated trade, to do the investigation, then I might trust the results, but not until then. My thoughts....
