Does anyone have any suggestions for an open source Time Tracking system for software developers that runs on Windows?
I'm sure there are some out there, and will be investigating further tonight. But I thought I'd draw upon the knowledge of the list to (hopefully) expedite my search....
The system we are looking for would allow customer's with one or more projects, and different types of activities. So for example, I might create a time record indicating I worked on Customer B's second project, and was doing analysis, with the start time, duration, and a comment field.
I'd recommend Outreach Project Tool. It does a fair bit more than time-tracking and "runs on Windows" in that it's a LAMP web app that once can access from MS IE clients. :)
Feel free to give the demo site a try at:

Time tracking is found by clicking the "People | Timesheets" link in the upper left. I'm currently the maintainer so let me know if you have any questions.
