Thanks for the links everyone. It looks like Guy's OPT may be the best match for us (at least until management tells me different).
The next part for us to look at is implementation. Guy, I didn't see anything on your site that gave the requirements for the package. I would guess probably PHP, but what else? I'd guess a database, but what are my options? I'd rather not introduce MySQL here if I don't need to (simply because we don't have it at this time, and going through the setup/learning for it is time I'd rather not spend).
