It looks like Guy's OPT may be the best match for us (at least until management tells me different).
The next part for us to look at is implementation. Guy, I didn't see anything on your site that gave the requirements for the package. I would guess probably PHP, but what else? I'd guess a database, but what are my options? I'd rather not introduce MySQL here if I don't need to (simply because we don't have it at this time, and going through the setup/learning for it is time I'd rather not spend). Any other requirements?

Currently I can guarantee it will work with Linux, Apache, PHP and MySQL (all recent versions). There is some old support for Postgres, but I've never used it so I can't vouch for it working. Since you indicate you need it soon without much work, I'd have recommend using MySQL rather than Postgres for this reason. Alternatively, if you do have a little time, then installing with Postgres and finding the issues would be greatly appreciated.
I'd be happy to help with installation if you are still interested in trying it out.
