Connie, can you clarify a bit?
* Will you (Nexus) be able to get SuSE from another distributor (according to SuSE's web site http://www.suse.com/us/company/suse/distributors/ , there are several alternatives, including Ingram Micro Canada), or are you saying, that you will not be able to carry SuSE anymore?
* What are you trying to achieve, support your distributor, or make sure, Nexus can still obtain and sell SuSE?
* Who is Mike Kimball from Novell (Title, Department), and where is he located? Is he a decision maker, or a message carrier? Would he be expecting these e-mails, or would they be a surprise to him?

Novell, being a large company, doesn't want to deal with a Kudzu, presumably because they are a smaller distributor.
