If we have a week's notice I can probably let the Herald know, no guarantees there it is up to their good graces. The only other advertising is on our website. This usually does the trick. I would imagine there is a bit of word-of-mouth going on as well. We end up with about 20 folks over the course of the day. It's a nice manageable number both for us and VFXweb. I would rather we don't become victims of our own popularity, we could double this number comfortably but beyond that it is unmanageable. The space that VFXweb allots us is the front area of their shop, it fills up rather quickly. If need be we could institute a ticket system. Currently it is first come first served.
