Hello Aaron,

I went into KDE control center and found out that I have KDE version 3.1.1
release 2.4.20 machine i 686.

I went into configure KWrite and set line wrap to on, and Voila! line wrap
works and works beautifully. I looked for a spell checking icon or spell
checking menu item and could not find one, but that is no problem as I can do
an aspell -c (document name) to do the spell checking. I also noticed that in
KWrite when tab is used it is marked with a dot in KWrite. Thus certain
features of editing are made more obvious in KWrite that in the vim editor.

Some time when I have time I will set line wrap working in the vim editor and
will also look at KEdit. The only reason I did not do those things tonight
is that I have to water the garden tonight before I go to bed. I intend to
explore those other editors tomorrow, and if I do not have time to complete
my exploration tomorrow I will continue Friday. I take Fridays and Mondays
off from the daily grind to do fun filled activities. My most fun filled
activity now is exploring linux features and options.

Thank you very much for your helpful tips and hints. Very soon I will have
several more editor options than I had yesterday.

Blessings,

Michael
