i don't work for a provider, but ... what are your budget and requirements?
e.g. do you need a full 100mbit line?

i have one client w/Zoolink which is inexpensive and the people are quite nice
but technically things are not good IME. two prolonged outages in the last 4
months and one (elementary) router screw up that took nearly a week for them
to get around to fixing. and i don't know if they can offer you your own
100mb line.

i have another installation with Q-9. they aren't cheap, but the security is
impressive and the service _very_ good. e.g. you get free dual power, dual
network connections (on separate router systems which are one separate
power), hands 'n eyes service, tape (as in drive) switching, a cute little
web interface for basic modifications (physical security clearances,
secondary dns'ing etc) as part of the base rate. they also have bandwidth to
spare. so if you have a budget that doesn't require basement prices, i'd
recommend checking them out.
