I was off on their pricing, more info on the Calgary Community Network:

PPP access is available for members who opt for the $55.00 dial-up access.  
This PPP connection is currently an emulated PPP connection.  The additional 
fee is $50.00 per year.  In total the cost is $115.00 per year; $10.00 for 
membership, $55.00 for dial-up access and $50.00 for PPP access.
