I'm looking at updating my production server shortly (maybe tonight), and have started with a practice emerge world to see what is going to be touched. I'm noticing that it wants to install xterm, and all its dependencies - including xorg base, but I can't see why this would be needed. (the server has no gui requirements). As near as I can tell, the items in question do not have a need for xterm, and my USE flag is explicitly set to '-X'.
I've included a dump of most of the emerge world -pvt output below. Yep, I have an issue with PHP blocks, but those I understand and can resolve... Any thoughts/comments?
