Yeah, the MacLeod street near that area was a mess for quite a while.  Everyone was treating it as a 4 way stop (as they should), and it was moving very smoothly, but slowly. 

Tons of emergency vehicles were in that area, and a few cameras too!

Ouch, nasty!

I noticed the problem last night so gave up. This morning, I had Internet, but
Shaw's email server seemed to be down still. I decided I wasn't going to play
this game all day so I packed up my laptop and I am now bloggging from Second
Cup for they day.
