I used to use KMail long ago, but got frustrated with it because it was so
slow.  Didn't help that I had an ancient processor.  Now I just use Mutt.
Works like a charm, and it's nice and fast.  But then, I don't have to use
IMAP folders, so I'm not sure what it's like for those.
