Indeed. All EULAs have a disclaimer like that -- when was the last time 
someone successfully sued Symantec or MS because a virus tweaked a bit or 10 
(or is that 1010 -- 1011 after the virus ;) )?

There was a story the other day about a Windows 2000 patch causing data 
corruption on compressed filesystems -- no one sued because they have no 
legal ground. At that point molotov cocktails may come into play in the place 
of pies ;)

By the way, the hotfix for the above problem can corrupt data on 
NTFS....wheres my ext3? Ahhh, that's better. No warranty - bah, I know it 
works well :P
