I have a Samsung YP-MT6X (512MByte) which I really like. Powered from a single AA battery and only slightly bigger than it. Plays MP3 and OGG. Data transfer is just as a USB mass storage device.

Would recomend to others, the only poor thing is the ear buds - but then I'm used to $80 headphones so any buds would seem poor :-) I belive that the IRiver can be reflashed to remove the DRM crap...
