Darren
I will look into this one.
The meetings that we are looking at this for is Board Meetings. We may
need access to whiteboards, and I would rather have it capable of anyone
present being able to speak to everyone else, rather than having to type
their comments, and video would be nice.
I just glanced at the web site for freeconference.com, and I noticed
that the maximum duration for a conference is 5 hours (that one is at
0.10 per person per minute - that would really add up fast! for 13
people, for a total of 5 hours, would be $420.00), or for 3 hours for
their standard package. They are also only a tele-conference company -
no video of any kind from what it appears.
Currently, our meetings start at 10:00 and go until about 3:00 pm. A
conference meeting would likely be shorter, as it would likely reduce
the amount of social discussions that also occur during the meetings
I currently am on the Shaw Extreme SOHO package at home
On a side note, I may be completely out to lunch on my expectations, and
it may not be possilbe
