Hi Kate, i do teach a Linux installation and Administration at the U of C Cont edu. Now this course has come to pass this trimester, so you would need to ask for the next one. Also, and this is not exactly in your line of fire, An Lpi prep course is starting on Jan 13 (sat) and the subsequent 3 Saturdays, this is an Lpi prep, about 80-90% administration essentially.
