In the inst.admin course we do fedora and mandriva for server and desktop 
installations, so i feel i would have covered most, i am thinking of adding a 
kubuntu or a debian as a third distro for good measure, but can't find the 
time for it at the moment. The other distro that I demonstrate, cause we cant 
destroy the contents of the desktops at U of C + them desktops don't have 2 
nicks, is smoothwall firewall and a software raid installation with one of 
our 2 main distros, I usually bring in a box for that :-)
