Try resetting the bios to its defaults.  If that does not work try
disabling PnP in the bios.

Some kernel options that have proved useful to me in the past in similar
situations:
noacpi
pnpbios=off
acpi=noirq
pci=bios

Please look in to what these options do, don't just start plugging them
in randomly.

In cases such as these, YMMV
