I have the Samba-3 by example book. It is really good for stepping you through the various stages. It covers small work group usage all the way through enterprise deployments. http://www.amazon.com/Samba-3-Example-Practical-Successful-Deployment/dp/013188221X/ref=pd_bbs_sr_4/104-3065100-5615943?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1181323834&sr=8-4 There is also the Samba-3 official reference and how-to by the same author and publisher. http://www.amazon.com/Samba-3-Example-Practical-Successful-Deployment/dp/013188221X/ref=pd_bbs_sr_4/104-3065100-5615943?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1181323834&sr=8-4 > > Jarrod, if you are still interested in a postfix email server, that > is something that I would not mind playing with. I am interested in Postfix as well. I also have the O'Reilly postfix book (I seem to have a lot of books). > Just an aside, I have played with Samba and permissions last week and > feel reasonably comfortable with it, however I have not looked at > using Domains with PDC and BDC.
