So, what are the best settings to use? I tried setting it up a while back and 
couldn't get anywhere.

No, but their customer service site instructs you how to set up Azureus...the 
settings they reccommend will slow your downloads to a dirtnap (between 0 and 
it's faster to use a 2400 baud modem on a party line)
