If you only want one to use as a router, I wouldn't advise purchasing one just for that purpose. Although it might be fun to set up, I'm not sure the performance would be too great. Even the Soekris boards, which are designed to be routers, can only do 58Mbps on a single UDP stream with no firewall rules using the most up-to-date (2x the speed) version of pf.
