Hello all, Via the freebsd-embedded mailing list I found a cheaper board from a different company that may be suitable for the workshop. I am trying to order one right now to evaluate. Base price is $95 in single qty ($10 discount for >25)
http://www.glomationinc.com/product_9302E.html It is missing some things from the TS-7260 (SD, PC/104) but I think it will still work well. It supposedly can boot off of USB (Debian USB image provided,) and it has the same CPU, RAM, USB, UART, watchdog, DIO, ADC, etc. as the TS-7260. Downside is, I haven't used it before, but it should be pretty much exactly the same from a development point of view. Would more people be interested in attending if the workshop price was lowered from $250-300 to $150ish? Failing that, would the workshop attendees be more interested in using this board since it might cost $100 less overall? -Mark C. _______________________________________________ clug-talk mailing list [email protected] http://clug.ca/mailman/listinfo/clug-talk_clug.ca Mailing List Guidelines (http://clug.ca/ml_guidelines.php) **Please remove these lines when replying
