I am actually disturbed about the prospect of censoring someone off the list for expressing themselves. A society is most healthy when there is a free discourse of ideas.
So he is not willing to listen! Is that the transgression that warrants him being silenced? You would have to silence half of humanity if that were what it took to be censored.
