Thanks to those who gave me advice on distros. I think I might try a few. I want something for a desktop. One that I want to try is either Debian or Ubuntu, but I would like to hear more about what the differences are between these.
Do they have support for Nvidia? Is Ubuntu stable? I know Ubuntu is based on Debian, but are there some important differences?
