hey all.. It's been awhile and I have been watching the list more off than on... So this has possibly been asked and answered recently... I guess its not a 'bad' problem to have to be so busy these days.
I am just getting started looking at getting an 'internet stick' so I can have an Internet connection anywhere I may be. Has anyone anything to recommend here? I could go straight to bell and pick one up but I of course need to know that it'll work well under modern Linuxes and specifically - since I hope to be buying a tablet in the new year - Android. I know Gustins' desktop portable works well, and provides a DHCP address via an Ethernet port, and while that seems simpler configuration-wise, I want to use this in my car etc and all the wiring seems like a major PITA. -- This message has been scanned for viruses and dangerous content by the Cistra MailScanner and is believed to be clean. _______________________________________________ clug-talk mailing list [email protected] http://clug.ca/mailman/listinfo/clug-talk_clug.ca Mailing List Guidelines (http://clug.ca/ml_guidelines.php) **Please remove these lines when replying
