There is nothing heavy handed about what the PM and Minister have told the CRTC. I don't understand where your problem with this is? Bell was using the CRTC to create and anti-competitive environment and was shut down by Harper et al. It would be nice if this sort of thing did not need to happen, but we are in a far from perfect world. What happened was the best possible of all the alternatives.
