To be fair...Wind is a newer player to the game, is working in new
spectrum technology (so no piggy-backing on the others guys) & it takes
awhile to build your network.  Comes down to customers in the market &
trying to get them away from the 3 thieves.  I believe that they
partnered with Shaw to build towers, so it is possible that they might
end up serving the same areas.

Mobilicity operates in the same sort of way as Wind.
