Shawn mentioned in his email about the core change in the KDE environment from 3.5 to 4.X. There is an independent fork of KDE 3.5.10 called "Trinity", that is continuing the KDE 3.5 style, polishing some things, and bug fixes, etc. http://www.trinitydesktop.org/ So for those who wish to buck the KDE 4 change, you can still have KDE 3.5. They provide repositories for many distros : Ubuntu, Debian, Fedora, Slackware. Andy
