Here is a MDS Assessment/FTE analysis worksheet. You will need to pull up the # of assessments completed and transmitted from the State database.
For the time for completion we used the following: Comprehensive: 6 hours (includes care plans and RAPS) Quarterly: 2 hours Full: 2 hours Discharge/Reentries: 10 minutes You can plug in different times if you feel these are not accurate for your facility. Once this information is entered it will calculate an FTE based on your data. Ron
