We have been using them for 3 years…I think they take a little extra time to write…but the aides understand them and are more likely to read the first person narrative….the first survey we had, once we explained what we were doing, surveryor seemed to like them….you can email me personally if you have any questions.

Has anyone heard of first person careplans and are you using them? How are they fairing with surveyors?
