You would not count po fluids with this.  It plainly states only
parenteral or tube feedings.  Since this was administered for only 3
days, you would calculate your fluids for the 3 day period, not over the
7 day period.  The manual states in explanation for section K6 "to
record the proportion of calories received, and the average fluid
intake, through parenteral or tube feeding in the last seven days."  it
does not say to divide over 7 days, just over the last 7 days.
