I liked "medication" better.  It just seemed like a government error to me.  It made my day.

Hi Dolores, I meant mediation but I cracked myself up over my own error. Their ad does not say medication but mediation. What I was referring to was the confusion over mediation which will only be used in non quaility of care issues but the fact sheet infers it is for quality of care complaints. We asked about this on the phone conference and this is how they want it printed. They
