I am curious. How does the "no uniform" for the C.N.A. work for the resident? Do they recognize them as caregivers? As for the nurse assistant, isn't it rough on the "street clothes" considering the work they do? This is an interesting subject. Do the aides enjoy the street clothes and how easily do they conform to "acceptable" attire?

No one in the facility is supposed to wear a "uniform".   However, the floor nurses and cna's have gravitated to colorful scrubs.  Some wear street clothes,  no jeans allowed, no tee shirts with any pictures or writing on it.  We do have a "jeans day" twice a month. I used to wear scrubs, now I wear street clothes.

No, the aides do not wear uniforms. They actually can wear jeans, tee
shirts and what ever as long as it is clean, in good repair and tasteful.
