I wear street clothes, business type with a lab coat (I need the pockets). I used to wear scrubs, which is what the staff all wear, but I found that I was constantly up and down transferring residents, toileting them, etc, when I really needed to do MDS related paper work. If I have to cover a shift and I know ahead of time, I will wear scrubs. If I have to stay to cover the 3 - 11 shift after being here all day, I work in my street clothes.
