re:uniforms

I wear suits so that I am the last to have to work the floor. Somehow one just looks "unpullable" and more like administrative personnel when one wears a suit & low heels. Also it gives me more authority during care conferences. But I have worked the floor in my suits & low heels. I have never ruined my dress clothes working the floor in 10 years of MDS yet. But then I never ruined a uniform either when I wore those. Diane Perttola RN,C,CMC
