It is very difficult for our MDS/RCP Coordinators/Staff Dev/DON/Supervisor - the
staffing issue is one that is always fluctuating - and we are being hit very hard by
the Nursing shortage. We will go weeks when things are fine, but then we will have
callouts and couple that with vacations and there is just no one to cover. Our Nursing
Leadership team (mentioned above) takes turns filling in so no one position is hit to
hard, but it still is difficult to get all their work done -they work very hard.
