Had another thought.  Residents admitted under Part A who exhaust their 100 days can also be converted to Part B to continue their therapy.  The reimbursement rules vary from A to B but therapy usually knows all the ins and outs.

Hi

I have a resident who is recieving pt / ot serivces five times a week . She was admitted MA from home. No prior hosp stay. So, if for say this resident goes to the hosp and she returns does that mean she would not qualify for Part A benefits ?

any help would be deeply appreciated.
