We recently had to send a client out to the hospital on the same date as the
ARD date on his annual MDS. We went ahead and completed the MDS, using the
ARD look-back date. He did return before the closing of the MDS. We did
not include his reentry date on this MDS, am I right in assuming we would
not include this seeing it was after the ARD date and would go on his next
scheduled quarterly MDS?
