It's not the RNAC's responsibility either. 
Lay out your workload to your DON. Tell her that 
you are not doing these assessments and documentation
that's supposed to be done by the nurses in the unit.
You are not babysitting anyone. They will try to fill
you up with as much work but you should know when it's
over the boundaries of your responsibilities.
