I know this has been asked before but as usual you never keep the stuff you
need. I have a resident that is in a long term bed on continuous IV
fluids. This is because she does not take in enough orally. Without
the fluids she would be dehydrated. With the fluids she is not.
Question: Do I code her with dehydration or not?
Thanks,
Michelle
