On a recent complaint investigation the surveyors asked to see an ex-employee's personal file. It contained a disciplinary action r/t her residents found wet (saturated) and having dried BM on them. The employee was reprimanded for this (she was terminated later that day due to another issue that was not related to resident care). In the exit interview (we have not received the written deficiencies yet) the reprimand was referred to give us F224, F225 & F226. Has anyone ever heard of this being done?
