Joyce, My only concern with not having a hard copy in my "hot little hands" is what do you do when the computer you have all this stuff saved on crashes.  You call IT deperately begging for assistance, since of course the day the PC crashes is the VERY day the surveyors show up, the BO is needing validation reports from several transmissions ago, the MDS you were half way thru the final RAP out of 12 is lost forever... etc. etc.  If you have ever had a system crash, it makes keeping a piece of paper well worth its weight in gold.
