Start the count for 60 day break again at 11/18. The hospital stay interrupted the 60 day period of wellness.

she need a 60 day break between, i.e., 60 days from 10/3, and that is
assuming she was considered not skilled at that time, regardless of the days
used. I believe the 60 days would be around 12/2

Subject: Clarification on 60 days break
Hi everyone, I need clarification on 60 days break. I have a resident that
completed 100 MCR days on 10/3/03. She went to hosp. 11/14/03 and readmit
back to our facility 11/17/03. My question is, is it before she reach 60
days or after 60 days.
Thanks for all your response.
