I do not attend care plan conferences. I have 10 to 20 assessments a day to complete and simply do not have the time to attend unless there are issues that involve Medicare coverage that the Unit Manager cannot handle or cannot answer. All the Unit Managers are thoroughly trained on RAPS and the RAI Process. They review the RAPS and the RAPS Summary at the care plan meeting.
